Refund and Returns Policy

At PNE Shuttles, we strive to provide you with the best service possible. We understand that sometimes plans change. You are entitled to a full refund up to 3 business days before the event. While we’ve already secured your seat with a lot of care, we also want to be as understanding as possible.

Missed Departures

If you miss your scheduled bus departure, we’re sorry, but we won’t be able to offer refunds. We recommend arriving a bit early to ensure you don’t miss out on your ride.

Rule Violations

We want all our passengers to have a pleasant journey. If a passenger is removed from the bus due to rule violations (like disruptive behavior, harassment, drug use, or alcohol consumption), we won’t be able to issue a refund. Please help us keep the journey enjoyable for everyone.

Cancellations and Refunds

While we won’t be able to provide refunds for missed departures or rule violations, we do want to let you know that we appreciate your business. In the rare case that we have to cancel a service due to reasons within our control, you’ll be entitled to a full refund or a voucher to a future event for equal or greater value.
