By accessing and using the services of Party Never Ends, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this disclaimer. Our service connects customers leaving an event with charter buses to provide safe transportation to preset drop-off locations. We currently operate in New York.

Limitation of Liability

Charter Bus Operations: The Company acts solely as a facilitator in connecting customers with charter buses. The operation, maintenance, and safety of the charter buses are solely the responsibility of the independent bus operators. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such bus operators or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

Accidents and Personal Injuries: The Company will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to personal injuries or death, resulting from the use or inability to use our services or any incidents occurring during the bus journey.

Harassment or Misconduct: We strongly advocate for the respectful and safe treatment of all customers. However, we cannot control and are not responsible for the behavior of other passengers or the bus operators. Any instances of harassment or misconduct should be reported directly to the respective bus operator and local authorities, as applicable.

Personal Property: The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property while using our service or during transit.

Conduct and Prohibitions

No Drug Use or Drinking: The consumption of alcohol or use of drugs on the charter buses is strictly prohibited. Anyone found violating this rule may be denied further services without a refund.

Right to Deny Service: We reserve the right to deny service to any individual or group at our sole discretion, especially in cases where it’s believed that safety or the well-being of other passengers may be at risk.

Missed Pick-Up Time: Customers who miss their designated pick-up time will not be entitled to a refund. We strongly advise arriving at the pick-up location ahead of the scheduled departure time.

No Warranties

The Company provides its service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers against any losses, damages, claims, actions, and any costs, including legal fees, resulting from your use of the service or any violation of this disclaimer or any other terms and conditions related to our services.
